Culture:
Company culture is the general name of values, management ideas and sprit of a company gradually formed in practice of production and operational activities that is acknowledged and observed by the whole crew, as well as the norms of conduct stem from this basis; it is the fundamental embodiment of the company’s personalization, the core of the company’s survival, competition and development. Company culture consists of three levels:
(1)Material culture on the top layer, called “hard culture” of the company, including factory environment, mechanical equipment, product format, appearance, quality, etc.
(2)Institutional culture at the middle layer, including leadership system, interpersonal relationships, rules, regulations and discipline, etc.
(3)3.Spiritual culture at the core layer, called “soft culture”, including a variety of norms of conduct, values, group consciousness, employee competency and good traditions, is the core of company culture, known as the company’s spirit.
Company culture is the action agenda of Jingjie’s people, which permeates all the operation and management activities, and is the perpetual force to promote the sustainable development of the company.
