1. Hole machining tools
One type is a tool used to process holes in solid materials; the other is a tool used to reprocess existing holes in the workpiece.
Commonly used drill bits mainly include twist drills, flat drills, center drills, deep hole drills and nested drills. Although reamers and countersinks cannot drill holes in solid materials, they are generally classified as drill bits.
Drill bits are tools used for drilling through or blind holes in solid materials and for reaming existing holes.
Depending on the purpose of the reamer, there are manual reamers and machine reamers. Machine reamers can be divided into straight shank reamers and tapered shank reamers. The hand shape is straight handle.
Reamers can be divided into many types according to different uses, so there are many standards for reamers.
The reamer is used to ream holes that have been drilled (or reamed) on the workpiece, mainly to improve the machining accuracy of the hole and reduce its surface roughness. It is a tool used for finishing and semi-finishing of holes. After processing with a reamer, the machining allowance is generally very small.
2.Milling cutter
The types of milling cutters and their uses are roughly divided into:
1. Flat head milling cutter, rough milling, removing a large amount of blank, small area horizontal surface or contour fine milling.
2. Ball end milling cutter, used for semi-finishing and finishing milling of curved surfaces; small milling cutters can complete small chamfering on steep surfaces/straight walls.
3. The flat-end milling cutter has a chamfer, which can be used for rough milling to remove a large amount of blank, and can also be used for fine milling of small chamfers on the front (relative to the steep surface).
4. Forming tools, including chamfering tools, T-shaped tools or drum-shaped tools, toothed tools, and internal R tools.
5. Chamfering cutter. The shape of the chamfering cutter is the same as the chamfering shape. It is divided into round chamfering milling cutter and oblique chamfering milling cutter.
6. T-shaped milling cutter can mill T-shaped slots.
7. Tooth milling cutter, milling various tooth shapes, such as gears.
8. Coarse milling cutter, a rough milling cutter specially designed for cutting aluminum and copper alloys, can be processed quickly.
