Reasonable selection of machine tools
When processing parts on CNC machine tools, there are generally two situations.
The first situation: There are part samples and blanks, and a CNC machine tool suitable for processing the part should be selected.
The second situation: There is already a CNC machine tool, and you need to choose parts suitable for processing on the machine tool.
In either case, the main factors to consider are the material and type of blank, the complexity of the part contour shape, size, machining accuracy, number of parts, and heat treatment requirements. To sum up, there are three points:
① The technical requirements of processed parts must be ensured and qualified products must be processed.
②It is helpful to improve productivity.
③ Reduce production costs (processing costs) as much as possible.
